Ms. Jennifer was a wonderful fit for my son Jack. She took the time to build a relationship with him and then worked WITH him to teach him why sleep routines were helpful for him and his body. He was happy to work with her and Ms. Jennifer's ideas and techniques helped our son, and our family grow and develop new skills.

She gave me ideas to incorporate at home and always thoughtfully listened to me when I described challenges. She offered to go into my son’s classroom, and was always thinking outside of the box on ways to help him. I will always remember her suggesting something for me to look into, that later became a bigger part of his therapy. Had she not suggested it, who knows where he would be in his trajectory, but I am confident now we are on the right path forward, even if it took some time to figure it all out.

At Inside/Outside Occupational Therapy, we know growth happens both within—confidence, regulation, sense of identity—and out in the world—classrooms, backyards, family dinners, and through friendships.
We provide neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based OT services for children and teens in the Seattle area, meeting kids where life really happens: at home, at school, virtually, and in the community. We offer flexible services including parent coaching, teacher and provider meetings, and home programming. We schedule on a quarterly system to help encourage breaks for brief intervals to practice generalizing skills without direct support.
